So far only small attempts have been made to organize this vast array of material into an ordered body. The beginning of such a project is now completed with this study,…” (author). Contains Aramaic, Ammonite, Hebrew, Moabite, Edomite, Phoenician and indistinguishable and forged seals with images of inscriptions. Includes appendices with names, titles and miscellaneous words occurring on the seals as well as one with chronologically arranged seals. Binding with light wear along edges and spine sunned.
