Letter attached to inside cover from the Seceratary of the President of the University of Chicago, dated 1920, congradulating Mr Trattner, the former owner, on his winning the Florence James Adams Prize for Artistic Reading, which this book was the award for the program. Front endpaper has a program attached pertaining to the competition. Frontis piece with a b/w photogravure of Florence James Adams with tissue guard. Entire book is printed on think handmade paper, as water mark “P&M Hand Made In Italy” logo states. Hinges starting, rubbing along corner of spine on front and back ends.
