In this volume, the author presents an interpretation of the oldest complete and extant commentary on the Song, known as Shirta (Aramaic for “the song”). He then offers a new translation of the commentary, along with a detailed critical exegesis of it. Spine and edges of dust-jacket slightly sunned.
