Original photo-illustrated wraps with green lettering on cover. Designed by Gallian Saint-Clair with b/w photographs by Hayem and Bouwens. First page with b/w photograph of a memorial crypt with text: “this Crypt is dedicated to the Memory of the Two Hundred Thousand Frenchmen and Frenchwomen the victims of “Night and Fog” exterminated in nazi concentration camps from 1940 to 1945.” The memorial was installed by “Reseau du Souvenir (Remembrance Network)” under the supervision of the architect G. H. Pingusson. The brochure is illustrated with several photos showing details of the memorial and contains a list of concentrations camps, e.g. Struthof, Maidanek, Auschwitz-Birkenau, Buchenwald, Ravensbrück, Bergen-Belsen, Dora-Ellrich, Oranienburg-Sachsenhausen, Dachau, Neuengamme, Mauthausenm, Stutthof, Aurigny, Gross-Rosen and Flossenburg. Text in English with a few French passages. Wraps with light wear along edges, light bump at lower foredge corner, and brief note penciled to top left corner of cover. Very good condition. Softcover.
