The fist part approaches the issue from the rationalist perspective: Rosenblum elaborates on the Book on the Kuzari with R. Yehuda Halevi, but more so on viewpoints of Maimonides, the sages of the Torah, the Maharal, R’ Y. Albo, and Bachya ibn Pakuda. The second part focuses on the question of how the Torah was defined as Torat Moshe and tries to answer that with a more spiritual approach. Text in Hebrew (half in Rashi Script). Binding reinforced with library tape at spine, wear along edges with two inch strip of paper-cover missing at bottom of front cover. Reinforced with paper strips at gutters of inside front and back cover. Stains due to water exposure on inside back cover. Bookseller’s stamp on title page. Light, sporadic foxing.
