The work is a finely produced illustrated catalog of Khmer and Thai art for the S&G Gump’s luxury home furnishing store in San Francisco (now known as Gump’s). The portfolio houses a 6 loose leaves, containing a total of 24 pages printed on handmade textured paper. The initial leaf of 4 pages includes an illustrated text introduction by store owner A.L. Gump, and a list of illustrations. The rest of the pages contain a total of 41 images in b/w, of various Thai and Khmer Buddhist sculptures and statues.
