The author, Baron Leslie Haden-Guest, (1877 – 1960) was a Medical doctor, pioneer in school hygiene, author, mystic, journalist and member of Parliament. Also known for his metaphysical knowledge and artistic talent which was expressed in his work with the Theosophical Society and the weekly “New Age Drama” he wrote for “Orage’s Journal” between 1907 – 1908. Standard shelf wear, otherwise book is in very good condition.
